What size products do we do?

Products start at tiny baby and go up to 5XL in some lines.

Are designs available on different items?

Yes, if you don’t see what you are looking for please drop me a message.

Can I amend my order?

Please drop me a message as soon as possible, as long as the item has not been ordered or is in production, changes can be made.

Turnaround Time

For in stock items (babywear, t-shirts) our standard turnaround time is one week plus postage.  Special order items (adult hoodies, aprons) turnaround is between 2-3 weeks plus postage. If you need your order urgently please just drop me a message before placing your order so I can make sure we don’t miss the event.  

Postage

All items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 for a flat rate of 3 pounds.  Upgrades are available at checkout. 

Payments

All payments are made through Paypal or Stripe. You don’t need a Paypal or Stripe account just a debit or credit card.

What printing method do we use?

Most of our designs are HTV using a premium grade vinyl and professionally heat pressed.  For full colour items we use white toner or DTF to ensure we can get great looking designs on 100% cotton t-shirts. 

Returns

Unfortunately I am unable to accept returns on personalised items.  Please double check all spellings.  All products are made to order so please double check the size specifications in the photo albums before ordering.  This does not affect your statutory rights. 

Where are we based?

We are based in Redditch, Worcestershire working from our home studio allowing me to fit the business around our two young boys.
