What personal data do we collect?

The only time we will collect personal data from you, is when you fill out one of our contact forms or place an order with us. 
This data may include (but may be subject to change) Your full name, Email Address, Telephone Number, Address.


How do we collect your data?

Any of the contact forms you may find on our website, when you create an order with us you will be asked to fill out your information, We will obviously need your details to progress an order, Inbound emails, any inbound contact from any platform such as Instagram or Facebook.


How will we use your data?

Please note that we only collect the data that we need to improve the services provided and where that data is essential such as processing your order.

If you have subscribed to our newsletter, we will also use your contact information for this data will be used in conjunction with a third party piece of software called Mailchimp. 

Please note that we use a variety of couriers also which will we will forward your delivery details onto, This includes your full name, full address, and any other details you may have provided to allow for a smooth delivery. 

We may also use your data to contact you in the case of any problems with orders, This data may also be passed to the delivery company should they be required to contact you in regards to your delivery. 


How do we store your data?

We store all data securely on a private server. We take privacy very seriously, Computer software is always kept up to date. 
All data will be kept for the legally required amount of time, which it will then be securely destroyed. Any physical paperwork will also be securely destroyed after it is no longer legally required. 

We keep physical paper copies of all orders to ensure that we can continue to function should there ever be any system failures. 

Any data that resides on our website is backed up twice a day by our web hosting provider, Backups are securely kept by them.

We also keep backups of website data with a cloud backup provider and physically on our own private server. 


Marketing

From time to time, we would like to send you information on new products, new services that we think you might be interested in and we partner with third party companies for this purpose. We will however only send you emails if you have subscribed to the mailing listing, You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any given time by clicking unsubscribe in the footer of any marketing email received from us. We may market to you across a variety of medias such as retargeting via social media.

We would like to make you fully aware that you do have data protection rights and every user is entitled to the following:
